Sorry I’ve been such a bad blogger lately.  I’ve been busy working on the ebook, which should be ready to go a week from Monday.

Once that’s finished up, I’ll be able to get back to posting more than once a week..

Nothing much going on. I spent most of the weekend in bed, reading. I did manage to scan the mls yesterday for new listings, and found a gem of an REO that just came on the market at a REALLY GOOD price. I called the listing agent to ask if it was under contract already, and she told me she had recieved 1 offer, but it was really low. I went to check the place out yesterday (all sick and feverish), and put an offer in for 1k above list price. I’ll be shocked if there aren’t at least 10 other offers on the table by tomorrow morning. You never know, sometimes you get lucky.
