So, since I received about eleven thousand emails and Facebook messages over the weekend asking me what I think about the new and improved Freedomsoft product that is about to launch this week, I thought I would save myself some time and write a blog post about it as opposed to responding to those eleven thousand emails and messages separately.
(Side Note: If you’ve recently sent me a message via Facebook and I haven’t responded, it’s not because I’m an asshole, it’s because I get so many annoying spam messages over there that I have pretty much stopped checking my inbox).
(Side Note #2: If you have a group on Facebook and you start randomly adding people to it without asking them permission and then start spamming the living hell out of them, please knock it off because it’s really fucking annoying. Thanks.)
Sorry. I had to get that off my chest. I feel much better now. 
Anyway….
So yesterday afternoon I took the new Freedomsoft Reloaded for a test drive so I could see for myself what the fuss was all about, and also so I could give those 11,000 people an informed opinion about it. I sat down with a piece of paper and watched a 90 minute demo of the product, thinking that I would jot down a few notes about some of the features that really stood out to me.
By the end of the demo, I had 2 pages full of notes (seriously), and was wondering how I was going to condense all of my findings into a blog post without writing a novel that would rival the length of War and Peace.
So, seeing as how it would take me roughly 9.5 years to write about all of the bells and whistles included in Freedomsoft Reloaded (and also since it would be a lot easier for you to just check out the webinar Friday night), I’m just going to run through a few of the features that I thought were worth mentioning…
*MLS Integration
If you have access to the MLS already, you can integrate it with Freedomsoft so that all of your leads/listings come straight to you into the Freedomsoft system. From there you can run comps on the properties you want to make offers on (and actually look at pictures of those comps), fill out the necessary contracts and fax or email them off to the listing agent. All of this can be done from within Freedomsoft.
(Note: If you don’t have access to your MLS, you can still get listings through Freedomsoft. Not every single listing is going to be available to you, but about 80% will).
*Push Button Direct Mail Campaigns
This feature alone is worth it’s weight in gold! From within Freedomsoft, you can create mailing lists (absentee owners, free and clear property owners, etc), select a pre-written marketing piece (written by Preston, who is a master marketer), and then click a button to mail them out to your list. Just like that. You can also set up a direct mail drip campaign that will mail out follow up letters to your prospects. All of this is done with a few clicks, and all of it is done from within the Freedomsoft system.
*Cash Buyer Database
If you’ve got a property under contract and want to know who the active cash buyers are in the immediate area (or any area for that matter), you can do a search from within Freedomsoft and find out who they are, what they’re buying, and how much they’re paying. If you want to create a direct mail campaign to these cash buyers you can do that too, with just a few clicks of your mouse.
*One Click Contract Faxing and Emailing
Upload your own contracts into the Freedomsoft system, or use one of the templates that are provided. Freedomsoft will auto-fill everything for you after you’ve entered the info the first time. Once finished you can fax or email with a click of your mouse.
(Note: This contract editor is actually a lot snazzier than the Contract Crusher that I demoed on here last week).
*Syndication Wizzard
Once you’ve got a property under contract, you can use the syndication wizard to post your deal to your personal buyer website, your social media sites, as well as 15 other sites on the net. It also creates a marketing flyer for you, as well as provides you with the html code to post your deal on Craigslist. All of this is done with 3 clicks of your mouse.
*Built-in Email Marketing System
If you’re currently using Aweber or iContact to blast emails to your buyers list, you can save yourself that monthly expense and use Freedomsoft for your email marketing and autoresponder needs. You can create your own autoresponders, or use the ones that Preston has already written for you.
*Optimized Buyer and Seller Websites With Pre-Loaded Autoresponder Emails
If you’re like me and the thought of setting up a website makes you want to cry, this feature is pretty damn cool. There’s 45 new website templates to choose from, and the set up is all done through Freedomsoft. If you don’t like the wording on the templates provided, it’s super easy to go in and edit them- no html coding or anything like that is necessary. If you’re a computer geek this might not be a big deal, but to people like me who are technologically challenged, it’s a God send.
*Fully Integrated Video Education On-Demand
If you’re a seasoned pro, this feature is probably not going to be something you’ll need, but for those who are just getting started, there’s educational material provided to help get your REI business up and running. They just added 30 more hours of REI training material, and there’s also online community coaching available for those who need extra help/support.

Alright, so I could go on for another 20 pages and list all of the features that come with Freedomsoft, but hopefully that will give you a little better idea of what the product is all about, and if it’s something that piques your interest, you can check out the webinar Friday night. To be honest with you, I was very impressed after watching the demo. I would say this product is as close to a “Business in a Box” as you’re going to get. HOWEVER, although it is being dubbed as the “Miracle Money Machine” I want to emphasize (especially for those of you who are just getting started), that this isn’t some sort of magic pill that’s going to instantly transform you into a rock star wholesaler overnight without any effort on your part.
Will it help to streamline and automate your business?
Yes. Yes it will.
But the hard work is still up to you, so try not to get sucked into the hype, OK?
