Great information as always Steph! My husband and I are working on a tight marketing budget and plan to implement this method this coming weekend. Wish us luck!

Glad you enjoyed the video, Della! Keep me posted as to how your driving for dollars trip goes this weekend. If you get into the habit of doing it a few times a month, you’ll have yourself a quality list of buyers and possibly motivated sellers in no time. Good luck! :)

when you find sellers and buyers phone numbers by searching online, do they ever ask you how you found their contact info? If so what do you tell them?

      Hi Rob,

I usually start out the conversation by saying that I found their info online, and most people don’t question me about it. If they do, I just tell them that I found their number by doing Google or public records searches.

      Hope that helps!

My password is not working. Also, I need a refresher to fill out both the Purchase Agreement and the Assignment Forms.

      Hi Don,

Have you tried contacting the neighbors to see if they know the owner’s whereabouts? You can also try searching on Facebook or try Googling their name and see if you come up with anything. Or just try mailing them a letter and see if it gets forwarded.

      Hope that helps,
      Steph

Hi Steph. This video was very helpful. Can you explain why you didn’t contact the lady who is preforeclosure?

      Hi Carla,

Glad you enjoyed the video. I can’t remember the specifics of that particular owner, but I think after doing some research I determined that she was underwater on her mortgage (owed more than what it was worth).

      I hope that helps!
