Flip This Wholesaler

Hola Amigos!

Sorry for the extended absence……my vacation ended up lasting a little bit longer than I had anticipated, but I’m finally back in the saddle and ready to roll.  So to speak.

Anyhoodle, I finally got the new Flip This Success Story uploaded to my site  (thanks for the help, Shae!), so you can all hear how Chris Stewart was able to land her first wholesale deal and put $3,000 in her pocket after 6 long months of beating the streets looking for that elusive first deal…

The call is about 42 minutes long, and I had to edit the crap out of it because the service I use to record calls is haunted (probably), and there’s this ghost/lady who comes on the line randomly while we’re talking and says “INVALID OPTION” really loud for no apparent reason.  She usually only shows up once during a recording, but this time she interrupted us like 5 times and every time it happened both me and Chris started busting up laughing and it just messed up the flow of the call. Five times.

Anyway, other than the IOG (Invalid Option Ghost), the call turned out great and Chris walked us through her first deal and talked about how it almost fell apart the day of closing and how she almost had to scramble around at the last minute to find a new buyer because her original buyer was not doing what he said he was going to do.
