Hey guys and gals!
I’m just getting ready to head out the door to the airport and then on to Illinois where I’ll be visiting with my Mom and Dad for a week and also seeing my brother and his wife and their new baby girl, Gracie, who was born on Sunday.
I was actually up until about 2am trying to post a new Flip This Success Story call that I recorded last week, but I’m sure you’ll all be shocked to find out that I had technical difficulties and was up until 2am trying to upload the call to the stupid server (or whatever) but it just kept saying “Waiting for Host Gator to respond” and the call wouldn’t upload, so I finally had to give up and go to bed because I had to get up @ 6am this morning, and also because I am starting to get sick and I kind of felt like I was going to pass out.
So then I got up this morning to see if I could figure it out, but no such luck.
Thanks, technology. I love you.
Anyway, I’ll be without internet until Monday, but once I get access again, I’ll post the call so you guys can listen to Chris Stewart talk about how she made $3,000 on her first wholesale deal a few weeks ago!
OK, I gotta run…
Have a great rest of the week and weekend, everybody!
10-4, Over and out.
P.S.
Chuck Norris is house sitting for me again, so don’t get any bright ideas.
P.P.S.
I have no idea how the words to the Illinois state song have stuck in my head all these years. I still remember Mr. Porter making us sing it in Social Studies class in 8th grade and hating every minute of it. If you’d like to read the rest of the lyrics (you know you want to), click here. You’re welcome.

Have fun in Chi-town and don’t forget to get some Chicago style deep dish pizza while you’re there! I haven’t had any in years so have a slice for me too.
