Well, I’m still over here waiting on the title search to come back on the land deal. If you listen real hard you can hear my foot tapping impatiently.  Can you hear it?

Not sure what the holdup is, but we should have an answer for sure come Monday.

Speaking of holdups, I’ve got another deal that I’m partnering on with a wholesaler friend of mine that was supposed to close this coming Wednesday, but it just got pushed back (or is it pushed up?) to the 15th of next month because the bank’s title co isn’t ready to close on time.  Shocking, I know.

Par for the course.

I decided to take the weekend off from work in order to celebrate my favorite holiday of the year: The first day of SPRING!  I suppose it’s not technically a holiday, but it is in my book.  The Air Show is in town this weekend, so Jim and I decided to head over to the park across the street, soak up some sun, and watch the Blue Angels from a distance.

I took some pics for your viewing enjoyment….

It was a lovely day.

I tried taking some pictures of the Blue Angels, but they turned out like tiny little black specks in the sky.  They’ll be back tomorrow- maybe I’ll try getting them on video.  So then there will be tiny little black specks on video.  Hehe.

Well, that’s all I’ve got for now Guys and Gals.

I’m off to listen to James Ray’s Harmonic Wealth cds.  I went to the library and checked them out for the second time.  Good stuff….

Hope you all have a happy, sunshine-y weekend! icon smile Spring

Later Alligators!

Be sure to check back here on Monday- I’ll be posting my second Flip This Success Story interview with Justin Wilmot (he made $8500 on his first REO flip)!

That middle picture was a tough one to get- he kept following me down the stairs. He’s actually sitting there whining because he wanted to come down to where I was. :)

Hope your weekend is filled with sunshine as well, and also that your trip to Wal-Mart was painless..

Well lucky for him, we can’t see his whining face so instead he looks like a champ! Like Rocky!

Wal-Mart was surprisingly painless tonight…I believe for the first time EVER. No line at all and no confrontations with crazy folk – amazing!

          No line at Wal-Mart???

I did not know it was possible. I don’t think I’ve ever seen it happen.

There are even line ups at Wal-Marts in Canada…

    …that is why I am a fan of the self check-out! :)

ps: Steph, it looked like an awesome day. Perfect for the Air Show.

      Hi Neil,

I’m a huge fan of the self check outs, too, but the Wal-Martians can never figure them out, so it ends up taking even longer than the regular lines. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

LOL! Exactly :-) We only have self check outs at one of the stores down here in my area, and I’m yet to have a faster experience in them!

I always fantasize about pushing the person out of the way, grabbing the stuff out of their hands and saying “HERE, LET ME SHOW YOU HOW IT’S DONE……..SCAN THE FREAKING ITEM, THEN PUT IT ON THE OTHER SIDE!!!!!! IT”S NOT THAT DIFFICULT, REALLY.”

Maybe I will try it and get it on video. :)

Why would the Blue Angels appear as black specs? Wouldn’t they be blue specs? ;)

Hi Stephn Fellow dog lover (well all animals) but I wanted to let your fellow followers know some things about what NOT to give dogs….Chocolate – grapes – RAISINS – onions – Whats GOOD is –raw food (it is not cooked it is frozen to 50 degrees below zero so the bacteria is killed but not the enzymes)–when something is cooked over 118 degrees it kills the enzymes (humans cook food for taste not nutrition (bad bad) — Animals are what make the eco system work and they deserve the BEST OF EVERYTHING. Thank you– thank you — Steph for helping the dogs licks and kisses for that
