I would say stick with whatever is working.

Not sure what to tell you about the assistant. Unless you are pulling in deals consistently that are going to put money in someone’e pocket, it might be hard to keep them around for long unless you are paying them an hourly wage.

I signed up for a similar gig back when I was just getting started, and ended up quitting after a week.

would u continue selling other wholesaler deals or go after my own?? i work a full time job and don’t see wher i could do both. also i had an assistant for a whole 4 days marketing props and taking and returning calls and emails. was gonna pay her 30% when deal closes, but she walked yestearday.. I don’t see what i am doing wrong. she quit on me and this is getting frustrating!!! ?
