Hi Everybody!
I just landed in Memphis and have a 2 hour layover, so I thought I’d write a quick post while I’m sitting here sipping my Bloody Mary. (Don’t judge- I’m on VACATION!). 
I had planned on writing a post last night, but just like last year, I ended up waiting until the last minute to pack/Christmas shop/wrap gifts, and was running around all day yesterday like a chicken with my head cut off. I didn’t end up getting to bed ’til 2am and had to be at the airport at 4:30, so I’m a wee bit on the tired side. Procrastination rocks!
I ended up getting that deal with my new buyer closed on Friday, so I’m pretty happy about that. The other one should hopefully be closing next week, and I’m going to try my darndest (is that a word?) to get one more deal signed up before the end of 2009. I’ll be back in Tampa on Sunday so I have 5 days to make it happen.
I’ve been working my butt off these last few weeks, so I’m really excited to have some time off to just hang out with my family and do a whole lot of nothing….
Anyway…. I just wanted to pop in and say hi, and also to wish all of you a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Quick question (if you get a chance to respond to the comments while on vacation), what do you think about putting bandit signs out tomorrow evening for more exposure? Do the “bandit sign police” work x-mas eve & x-mas?

Just stopping by your site again, I really should visit more often. I read through your latest blogs, and you are still tearing it up. I was wondering if it was too late to join your book of the month club? I know there are only 3 more days until 2010, but I actually happen to have Million Dollar Habits on cassette. I have read it before, but I will bust through it again over the next 3 days. I want to plan 2010 goals, do you have any suggestions of the latest books available, or free audio, etc to assist my planning? My confidence level is much much better than it was last year, and I am actually moving quite well, but I want to keep the momentum up. Thanks a lot, friend, and Happy New Year!

Also, I just Googled “Brian Tracy goal setting” and landed on an article on his blog along with a video: http://www.briantracy.com/blog/general/7-steps-to-successful-goal-setting/
It looks like there are also a bunch of other articles on there about goal setting that I’m sure would be helpful.
I’m glad to hear that your confidence has gotten a boost over the last year, Tim. I know you already know this, but you just have to keep after it and eventually things will start to fall into place.
