Well, Guys, the results are in, and I ended up finishing in 3rd place in the Battle of the REI Blogs Contest- woohoo!
I just wanted to write a quick post to say THANK YOU to all of you who voted!
I read through each of the 127 comments that you left for me, and want you all to know how much I appreciate you showing up and supporting me….you guys ROCK!

Congrats Steph on your 3rd place finish! That’s terrific! And to see that 3 lovely ladies placed in the Top 5 spots – awesome.
Jim is such a sport isn’t he? Bram would rather get a bath (no he doesn’t like baths) than wear a sign around his neck! But he is a very agreeable dog, so we’re lucky!
Anyways, just wanted to congratulate you and look forward to following your blog. You clearly have a loving and large fanbase!

I love the mobile bandit sign on Jim. That’s a great idea, just train Jim to walk around target neighborhoods with his bandit sign. It would save you a lot of time. And paying him in doggie treats is even cheaper than a virtual assistant.

Hey Steph, I am new to wholesale and I am going to be trying to wholesale a REO. Lets say I get a property under contract with an inspection period and can not for whatever reason find a buyer so I back out of the deal. Would I get my earnest money back?
