That's the thing. I'm dealing directly with sellers that I connect with through my marketing, and then selling directly to the buyers. I definitely want to hop on the REO bandwagon asap, but I want to get some money together for a good emd first. But that's my issue. I wouldn't need them at the moment for anything but the mls numbers. I don't want to be dishonest with them in that regard, but how else can I make it worth their while? Thanks again for everything.
