I just got a call from the listing agent (it’s 8:30 am) about the property I got the counter on over the weekend. The bank came down to 16k (from 29.9k). Deal!!

Going to call my buyer now and see if I can get 21k out of him.

Anonymous- I don’t usually tell them what I have the property under contract for, but they will find out at closing- it’s on the HUD (settlement statement).
