Steve just opened up the registration for the Wealth Explosion Event that he will be teaching on March 19th and 20th in Baltimore. He gave his coaching students first crack, so there are only 9 spots remaining… If you were planning on attending, I’d get over there now and sign up!

I have not done my first deal yet and I am on the verge of it… I have been putting multiple offers in… BUT i can’t lie that I have a doubt in the back of my head that I will have a hard time finding cash buyers either in my area or out of state…

Anonymous- conventional financing will not work in most cases because many lenders have title seasining requirements. Many small local banks, however, will not have seasoning requirements so you might want to look into that..

Kyle- just make sure you are getting your deals at the right price, and you will not have a hard time finding a buyer. Make sure you do your homework and know what a good deal looks like before you put something under contract.

It is scary in the beginning, but, like anything else, gets easier the more you do it. Just keep making progress every day, and you will get there eventually.

    Steph,

Are you using your titleco when closing? or do you have to use the banks co?

    Anonymous,

The bank will dictate what title company does the title work, but I can choose where the closing takes place… Once the bank’s title company has everything ready, I just have them send everything to my title company and they handle the closing.
