Neill, It depends on who I’m working with. Sometimes we will split it 50/50, sometimes I will add onto their price or vice versa.

These 2 deals, we split 50/50. One of them I was paid a marketing fee on the HUD, the other was paid outside of closing. There are many ways to do it, it just depends on who I’m dealing with.
