		<description>Hi Stacy, you don&#039;t have to wait 60-90 days to resell an REO.  Some short sales will have that restriction, but not REOs.  Well unless you&#039;re dealing with Fannie Mae REOs, and if so, they don&#039;t let you resell for more than 120% of the purchase price for 90 days.  Other than that, you can resell REOs the same day you buy.</description>

Contact Eric@Coastal-Funding.com&lt;br/&gt;You have to have the buyer in place at the same time you close with Coastal Funding&#039;s funds. Then the buyer buys from you, and Coastal-Funding is paid off.  They don&#039;t require a credit check, and all that nonsense.  Just proof of having a buyer. Kathleen</description>
