Oh, man, that’s too sad. So, that means you haven’t gotten the deposit from the guy? Life’s too short to deal with people like that.
Maybe you should tell him “Don’t worry about it. I have another buyer.” It’ll help you in one of two ways–1.) give you an “in your face!” moment, and 2.) it could inspire him to come forward with the deposit already!
