This will be short cuz I’ve had a loooooooong day. Same thing yesterday…..
REO #3 finally closed (not without some glitches, though). Money’s in the bank. 
Still looking for a buyer for the other deal I just got. I finally hunted down this guy whose name I keep seeing in the tax records. I found him today and we went and looked at the house together. He might buy it. Even if he doesn’t, I know I’ll sell him something eventually. He’s going to town buying stuff right now. He’s a cash buyer, so that’s a bonus.
Went to the auction today to pass out flyers. One guy shook his head and started laughing at me. Asshole. Some of those old-timers are REALLY grouchy. Bitter and grouchy. Is that what 20 years of landlording does to you?
I’ve got some other stuff to tell, but am about to pass out out on my keyboard.

Do you have to register for an auction to pass out flyers? Or, do you just walk in hand out flyers and just hang out?

I got laughed at the first time I handed out flyers at an auction too. Just ignore them and keep going. Eventually, you’ll have more people to add to your buyers list. Congrats on closing your latest deal

Clifford- no, the keyboard still belongs to the old p.o.s. I decided to wait to get a new one until I had a little more of a cushion. I should be getting a new one in the next week- can’t wait! By the way Clifford, every time I go to read your new blog, my computer freezes up. I don’t know if it’s a problem on my end or not (probably).
Chris- I was wondering about that. That would suck to lose everything to cyberspace. I’ll do it today- thanks.
