Yaaaaaayyy!!! The 85k deal is finally closed!!! After some hiccups yesterday, we finally got the payoff from the mortgage co. and were able to close today!

So, I met CC face to face today, which I was really looking forward to (out of morbid curiosity). I had this picture in my mind of what she would look like, and I have to tell you, I was pretty much dead-on (down to the color of the SUV that I knew she would be driving).

She was very polite and all, but holy crap, this lady scares the shit out of me. I’m not kidding.  I don’t want to go overboard here, but I think there is a small chance that she is possessed by the devil. And just for the record, I’m a pretty good judge of character.

OK, enough of that crazy talk, let’s get back to how HAPPY I AM RIGHT NOW!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOO!!!!! I CAN PAY MY BILLS!!!!! YAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!! I DON”T HAVE TO SELL MY SOUL AND GET A BARTENDING JOB!!!!!!!! What a fucking relief. (Excuse the language).

Not sure if I mentioned this prior, but if I didn’t get this deal closed today, my bills would start bouncing all over the place starting TOMORROW.

I’m about to get a BUI (blogging under the influence), so I better run- I think the celebratory bottle of cab is catching up to me…
