Flip This Wholesaler

I put in an offer this morning for $117,500 on the house the realtor called me about yesterday. I haven’t heard anything back yet.

I got a call from the title company today saying the deal that was supposed to close next Thursday will be closing the day after Christmas instead. Sweet.

Then, I have a deal set to close 1 week later for another 5 grand. It will be a great way to start the year off!! Will be even better if I can get one more deal signed before the end of the year. Going to bust my butt next week to try and find one.

I am down to 2 weekends left bartending. I’m so excited.
