Had to work over the weekend, so didn’t get much accomplished. Tomorrow I’m going to sign a new contract with the realtor who had the house listed that I have under contract. I’ve been dreading it all weekend because I have a feeling something is going to go wrong (I have this feeling often). Also, I am showing the house to a prospective buyer tomorrow.
I’m going to try and look at and make offers on as many houses as I can this week. I’m not expecting many calls from my advertising because of the holiday, but you never know.
1 person viewed my townhouse this weekend. No offers yet. I’m starting to think it will never sell. It’s priced right, so I guess I just have to be patient (patience is not one of my finer qualities). If I didn’t own it with a partner, I’d make a drastic price reduction just to get rid of it before the year is over. If it ever does sell, I’m putting all my stuff in storage and going to the Keys to do nothing for a few weeks. I can’t wait
